A five-story deep-red brick building commanding the corner of Chester Avenue and S. 52nd Street — where Apiary-designed perennial meadows and flowering trees wrap the building in curated color across every season. Two private interior courtyards draw residents inward, each finished in permeable pavers, built-in seating, and gated lawn — the kind of outdoor space rarely found at this scale in Southwest Philadelphia. A full green roof caps the building, and a rooftop terrace opens to unobstructed sky above the Kingsessing roofline. Step outside and the trolley runs directly to University City and Center City.
